Doeleinden verwerking

Quintens Oplossingen exploiteert de ISA-informatiedienst en verwerkt voor de uitvoering van deze dienst persoonsgegevens van leveranciers. Het doel hiervan is hen te kunnen benaderen met de informatievraag van hun klanten om te kunnen voldoen aan hun wettelijke verplichtingen in het kader van transport, opslag en verkoop van artikelen met gevaarlijke stoffen en bouwproducten. De contactgegevens worden eveneens gebruikt om de leveranciers te ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van hun taken in dit informatieplatform.

Contactgegevens van medewerkers van ISA-abonnees worden gebruikt om het gebruik van het platform te optimaliseren en hen te ondersteunen bij het opvragen van gegevens uit het ISA- platform.

Het gebruik van diverse functionaliteiten van het ISA-platform wordt gemonitord met als doel te kunnen evalueren in welke mate welke onderdelen worden gebruikt en dit te kunnen optimaliseren. Zo wordt per gebruiker de login-datum vastgelegd, het aantal logins en het gebruik van diverse rapporten geteld.

Wettelijke grondslag verwerking

Quintens Oplossingen verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens op basis van de volgende wettelijke grondslag:
• Indien u leverancier bent: de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens is noodzakelijk ter behartiging van het volgende gerechtvaardigde belang(en) van uw klanten die uw artikelen verkopen;
• Indien uw organisatie ISA-abonnee is: de verwerking van de persoonsgegevens is noodzakelijk voor de uitvoering van een overeenkomst met uw organisatie.

Bewaartermijn persoonsgegevens

Quintens Oplossingen hanteert de volgende criteria ter bepaling van de periode waarvoor persoonsgegevens zullen worden opgeslagen:
• Contactgegevens van leveranciers worden minimaal bewaard gedurende tijd dat zij een informatieplicht hebben met betrekking tot artikelen in het actieve assortiment van hun klant die ISA-abonnee is. Zodra artikelen uit het actieve assortiment gaan, blijft de wettelijke informatieplicht 10 jaar bestaan. Om die reden worden hun contactgegevens nog 10 jaar bewaard, nadat de levering is stopgezet.
• Contactgegevens van ISA-abonnees worden bewaard zolang het ISA-contract bestaat en de contactpersoon van de organisatie heeft aangegeven dat het een relevant contactpersoon binnen de organisatie betreft. Zodra een ISA-contract wordt ontbonden, zullen ook de contactgegevens van de aan de organisatie verbonden personen worden vernietigd.

Rechten betrokkenen

U heeft het recht een verzoek bij ons in te dienen tot inzage, correctie en/of verwijdering van de persoonsgegevens die wij van u verwerken. Hiernaast heeft u het recht ons te verzoeken de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens te beperken en om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens.
Als betrokkene heeft u ook het recht Quintens Oplossingen te verzoeken de persoonsgegevens die u zelf aan Quintens Oplossingen verstrekt heeft in een gestructureerde, gangbare en machine-leesbare vorm terug te krijgen, zodat u deze persoonsgegevens indien gewenst aan een andere verwerkingsverantwoordelijke kunt verstrekken.

Klachten

Purposes of processing

Quintens Solutions operates the ISA information service and processes personal data from suppliers for the implementation of this service. The use of personal data is to approach supplier for the information needs of their clients. The information need is based on legal obligations in connection with transportation, storage and sale of products with hazardous materials and building products. The contact details are also used to support suppliers in the performance of their duties in this information platform .

Contact details of employees of ISA subscribers are used to optimize the use of the platform and to support them in retrieving data from the ISA platform. The use of various functionalities of the ISA platform is monitored with the aim of being able to evaluate to what extent which components are used and to be able to optimize the service. For example, the login date, the number of logins and the use of various reports are counted per user.

Legal basis for processing

Quintens Solutions processes your personal data on the basis of the following legal basis: • If you are a supplier: the processing of your personal data is necessary to protect the following justified interest(s) of your customers who sell your items;
• If your organization is a ISA subscriber: processing of personal data is necessary for the implementation of the agreement with your organization.

Retention period for personal data

Quintens Solutions uses the following criteria to determine the period for which personal data will be stored:
• Contact details of suppliers are kept for at least the time period that they have to provide information about items in the active assortment of their customer, who is an ISA subscriber. As soon as items leave the active assortment, the legal obligation to provide information continues for 10 years. For this reason, their contact details are kept for 10 years after the delivery of items has been stopped.
• Contact details of ISA subscribers are kept as long as the ISA contract exists and the organization's contact person has indicated that it is a relevant contact person within the organization. As soon as an ISA contract is terminated, the contact details of the persons associated with the organization will also be deleted.

Your data rights

You have the right to submit a request to us for inspection, correction and/or removal of the personal data that we process from you. In addition, you have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data . As a data subject, you also have the right to request Quintens Solutions to recover the personal data you have provided to Quintens Solutions in a structured, customary and machine-readable form, so that you can provide this data to another controller if you wish.
